20 Minute Bouillabaisse1. In your largest pot, bring sauce ingredients to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Add fish (shrimps last) and basil, bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan, and a loaf of French bread for dipping.
