The Xcess Eliminator Workout is designed as 5 total body moves so you get a full body workout in quick and simple steps. So how do you do blast those holiday calories before they stick around? Follow along: 1. Warm up for 1 minute. 2. Complete each exercise listed below for 1 minute each, for a total of 5 minutes of high intensity moves. Finished? Take a 60 second break. Then repeat your 5 minute moves two more times (a total of 3 rounds), always resting for a minute in between for a 20 minute holiday burn. As you’ll see in the video, your five exercises are:
- Snowboarders – Cardio & lower body power move
- Candy Cane Crusher Lunges – Lower body strength move
- Ski Moguls – Cardio exercise
