Ingredients
- 30 ml St-Germain Elderflower Liquer
- Fresh Lemon Twist or Mint
- Brut Classic
Directions:
Top St-Germain with 90 ml of Chandon Brut Classic. Garnish with Fresh Lemon or Mint.

- 4 Raspberries
- 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25 ml Gin
- 8 ml Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Rose Water
- Chandon Rose
Directions:
Shake Fresh Lemon Juice, Gin, Simple Syrup and Rose Water over ice. Pour into glass and top with 90 ml Chandon Rose. Garnish with Raspberries

- 15 ml Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
- ½ peach
- 10 ml Chilled Jasmine Tea
- 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Chandon Rose
Directions:
Muddle Peach in base of glass. Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a flute. Top with 3oz Chandon Rose Chandon Citrus Blossom
Ingredients:
- 15 ml Gin
- 10 ml St-Germain
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash of Simple Syrup
- Blanc de Noirs
Directions:
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into a flute. Top with Chandon 90 ml Blanc de Noirs
