Trista Sutter (The Bachelorette Gorgeous, confident Trista is famous for being the first ever Bachelorette, and the only one to marry her pick on national TV. While Mother Nature has been kind to Trista, becoming a mom herself made her head to the operating room for a little TLC in those areas that made her feel insecure. They were subtle changes but they did the trick to quietly enhance her natural beauty. In Her Words: “After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated. And I had a droopy eye. Julie Chen (Big Brother, The Talk During a recent episode of The Talk, Julie admitted to having her eyes lifted to further her career. Outing her decision sparked a controversy about the nature of beauty and caused even some of her own family members to question her commitment to her Asian heritage. Julie, however, takes ownership of her choice and has no regrets. In Her Words: “No one’s more proud of being Chinese than I am. And I have to live with the decisions I’ve made. Every decision I’ve made…it got [me] to where we are today, and I’m not going to look back.”

Kelly Rowland (Destiny’s Child From a young age, Kelly has been known for her talent and beauty, but deep down, also wished for bigger boobs. During an interview with Shape magazine, she explained that she followed her mom’s advice and that of fellow Destiny’s Child singer Beyonce’s mother, who told her to wait on surgery – at least until she was old enough to be sure. In Her Words:Once I felt ready, I tried on padded bras and walked around in them to see how it would feel. You have to know what you’re getting, no matter what type of surgery it is.”

Jane Seymour (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman)   She may be stunning, but eventually, even Jane felt she needed a little tweaking here and there. Just like her character, Dr. Quinn, the lady is not shy to speak out. She admitted to the Daily Mail that she had help keeping her signature catty eyes wide and her bust in shape. In Her Words: “Top and bottom, years ago. I was asked by photographers if I’d consider getting [my eyes] done because they spent so much time touching up pictures. It wasn’t a big deal. [The breast implants] was 20 years ago. I’d breastfed my first two children and things weren’t what they had been. I’d never had a big bust — I always say they had to make smaller implants just for me, but I wanted the shape back. Clothes fit and look better. It was a good move.”
